Since we primarily offer digital services (UX Design, Marketing, Development, and AI Solutions), all deliverables are provided online.
Delivery Method: Via email, shared cloud links, or project management tools (Google Drive, Notion, Trello, etc.).
Delivery Timeline: Timelines are defined during project onboarding and vary depending on project scope.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
For physical items (e.g., books, merchandise, or kits related to our projects):
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time (within India): 5–7 business days.
International Shipping: 10–15 business days (customs delays may apply).
Courier Partners: Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post depending on the region.
3. Shipping Costs
Digital Products: Free (no shipping fee).
Physical Products: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free shipping offers may apply during promotions.
4. Order Tracking
For digital services, tracking is done via our client portal/email updates.
For physical products, once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, unforeseen technical issues, or courier delays.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
